State of Indiana, Plaintiff -vs-
Casonya J. Allen, Defendant
- Cause No. 40C01-0805-FD-129 -
Former CSL Community Manager Jaylene Allen was indicted on May 8, 2008 for One Count for
Theft. This is a Class D Felony indictment for theft of $ 34,425.07 from CSL Community Association,
Inc. during the period from January 19, 2006 to April 29, 2006. Bench Warrant for her arrest is
anticipated to be issued by Wednesday, May 14, 2008.
Jaylene Allen was terminated for cause on May 24, 2006. RBSK Partners, Inc. of Greensburg, IN
conducted a fraud audit which was immediately upon completion, turned over to the Indiana State
Police for investigation. In January 2008, the Jennings county Prosecutor's Office finally obtained a
completed case file from the Indiana State Police and have now filed an indictment. It is nearly two
years after the crime, but prosecution will now move forward.
